Where we deliver
We deliver to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently deliver to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes or destinations outside this service area.
Free standard shipping
All orders in our delivery area receive free standard shipping. We offer one shipping method.
Handling time
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Our daily order cutoff is 7:00 PM at a fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time). This fixed offset does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day.
Transit time and delivery estimate
After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. Combined handling and transit are estimated at 4–6 business days, counted from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.
