How do I choose a belt?
Choose 25 mm for a finer line, 30 mm for an everyday balance, or 35 mm for a more prominent casual look. Check the width against your trouser belt loops.
How are belt sizes measured?
Sizes are 80–110 cm in 5 cm steps. Measure from the buckle pin axis to your preferred fastening point on a belt that fits. This is not the overall belt length. Product pages include a diagram and approximate inch conversions.
Does the belt have fixed holes?
No. The pin fastens through the braid gaps. The leather braid is nonelastic; choose the fastening length that best matches a belt that fits you.
How should I care for my belt?
Use a soft cloth, avoid soaking and direct heat, and store without sharp bends. Light colors need extra care against dye transfer. Follow the color and buckle-specific guidance on each product page.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. US territories, APO/FPO/DPO, PO boxes and international destinations are outside our delivery area.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area.
When should I expect delivery?
Handling is 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit: approximately 4–6 business days combined. The cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00. After-cutoff, weekend and US federal holiday orders start handling on the next business day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
How are payment and orders confirmed?
The checkout shows your total before you submit a payment request. A paid order requires successful payment processing, and an order is accepted when bsyetstate confirms acceptance. Contact support with payment or order questions.
How can I request a return?
Contact support within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason. Get authorization and return instructions before shipping to our company address. Ordinary returns may be carefully tried on, but must have no actual wear, pronounced bending or marks and retain original condition and packaging.
Who pays return shipping?
bsyetstate pays for returns caused by our error, damage or defects. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
When will an approved refund be issued?
An approved refund is returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Bank posting times may vary.
